School Board Races

In the August 23 Polk County Primary, all voters, including NPA’s, will be able to vote in the Judge & School Board races. School Board Candidates are running in Districts 3, 5, 6, & 7. Please research these School Board Candidates carefully!
Each race has at least one candidate supporting local schools & public education. There is also at least one candidate in each race who is a member of CCDF, County Citizens Defending Freedom. This group has been rudely disruptive during school board meetings & is the group desiring to ban 16 books in our school libraries.
